We require HD thin lace or transparent lace only. We do not work with synthetic hair, Amazon or beauty supply hair, low-quality extensions, cut bundles, or hair previously altered by another stylist. Wigs must have small knots and a natural, non-bulky hairline. All services involving lace require the unit to be dropped off 3 days prior to your appointment, no exceptions.

A non-refundable, non-transferable $30 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit applies toward your service total. You are responsible for managing cancellations or reschedules; this is entirely your responsibility.

We allow a strict 15-minute grace period. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes may be charged for lost time or have their appointment canceled. Repeated late arrivals may result in restricted or blocked access to future bookings. Please avoid booking on days when you are on a tight schedule. Rushed services will not be accommodated, as quality and timing are essential to our work.

If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-call, no-show. No-show appointments will be subject to a penalty charge of the full service price to the credit card on file.

The remaining balance is due on the day of service and can be paid with credit cards, debit cards, or cash.
